Ready to take your first step on the real rock?
In this course, you will learn the basics under the guidance of an experienced mountain guide so that you can climb safely and independently in the climbing garden. Even if you are an indoor climber or returning climber, this is the right course for you.

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to switch from indoor to outdoor climbing - whether as a complete beginner on the rock or as an indoor climber with ambitions. After a brief introduction to theory, equipment and safety techniques, you will practise the most important basics directly on the rock: belaying correctly, climbing efficiently, setting up belays and redirecting safely.

Requirements
Basic fitness is sufficient - initial indoor experience is an advantage, but not compulsory. Also suitable for beginners!

FAQ / good to know
When will it be decided whether the course will take place?
We keep a close eye on the weather forecast and let you know 2-3 days in advance. If the forecast is uncertain, decisions may be made at short notice.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If it rains, we will switch to alternative locations in central Switzerland (e.g. Sisikon, Engelbergertal) or suggest new dates.

What if I can't make an alternative date?
No problem - we will refund your course fee. Please send us your IBAN, name and place of residence by e-mail.

Can I take part as a beginner?
Yes, if you are sporty and have perhaps been indoor or bouldering before, you are well prepared.
